Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer

Cynthia Sweeney is an accomplished leader in the healthcare and business management fields, with 10 years of extensive experience in quality assurance, compliance, and risk management.

As the CEO and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Leswee LLC, Cynthia oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that the company culture is inclusive and supportive of team members' professional growth. With a keen attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines and budgets, she manages the business operations, working closely with the CFO on key planning and developing new internal processes, plans, strategies, and roadmaps to help stay compliant, reduce risk, and secure funding for clients.

Cynthia's passion for excellence in healthcare and business management is evident throughout her career. Before joining Leswee LLC, she served as the Assistant Director at University Hospital in New Jersey, Sodexo, and other fortune 500 companies where she managed quality control and over 100 employees and managers. She was responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the environmental services department, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards, managing budgets and expenses, and recruiting and supervising staff to maintain a clean and safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors. In result, over her career she passed 5 Joint Commission inspections with a 100% compliance rate.

Cynthia holds multiple leadership awards, certifications, and has studied business management. She possesses a variety of skills, including expertise in project management, strategic planning, quality assurance and control, risk management and compliance, strategic planning and roadmap development, employee development and retention, budget management and analysis, contract management and negotiation, business analysis and development, environmental management, and healthcare management and operations. 

She is OSHA certified, holds a SORA license, and is FEMA certified. She is also certified in Fire Safety Officer Preparation, DOT Hazardous Materials Safety and Cybersecurity Resiliency in Industrial Control Systems.

In addition to her professional achievements, Cynthia is deeply involved in her community. As a women in STEM and STEM youth advocate and speaker, she mentors young women pursuing careers in STEM and advocates for healthcare access and equity. 

She is a co-founder of PTF group, an enterprise group of programmers, developers, and professionals, building critical software solutions for business and government to benefit our quality of life, health, security, and the environment. Cynthia's dedication to technology and innovation is evident in all of her work, and she continues to inspire others to pursue careers in STEM and to make a positive impact on the world.

Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Security Officer

Taylor Lee is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity, finance, legal administration, pharmacy operations, and grant acquisition consulting. 

As the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Leswee LLC, Taylor provides strategic guidance to the executive team, ensuring the company's financial and data security. Her unique combination of expertise allows her to have a holistic understanding of the organization and its risks. In her role as CISO, she has designed and implemented effective information security strategies to protect company assets and mitigate risks. She oversees security operations, including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management. Under her leadership, the company is preparing to achieve industry-standard security certifications such as SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001.

As CFO, Taylor is responsible for managing financial operations and providing strategic guidance to the executive team. She oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash management. She has developed and implemented policies and procedures to improve financial performance and minimize risks. Taylor has also negotiated favorable terms for major contracts and partnerships, resulting in increased revenue and profitability for the organization.

Before joining Leswee LLC, Taylor was a co-founder of a retail specialty pharmacy, where she served in various leadership roles such as Executive Paralegal, Formulary Data Analyst, and Operations, Sr. Licensed Pharmacy Technician. Her experience in healthcare and pharmacy operations gives her unique insights into the complex regulatory environment of the industry.

Taylor is also the co-founder of PTF Group, an enterprise group of programmers, developers, and professionals building critical software solutions for business and government to benefit our quality of life, health, security, and the environment. As a women in STEM and STEM youth advocate, Taylor is passionate about using technology to create positive change in society.
